How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our size chart and measuring your bust, waist, and hips. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up or choosing custom sizing for the best fit.
How to buy plus-size dresses
We offer plus-size dresses ranging from US 16W to US 26W. Additionally, to ensure a perfect fit for your figure, we provide complimentary custom-sizing service. You can measure your Bust, Waist, Hips, Hollow-to-Floor , and Height according to our measurement guide, and we will tailor the dress specifically to your measurements.
How soon will I receive the dress after placing the order?
In-stock items will be marked as shipping within 48 hours; dresses without this marking are Made-To-Order, our tailors craft each dress to order.
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Production Time: 7-10 Days
Production time depends on the complexity of the dress's craftsmanship.
Please note that processing/tailoring time may sometimes increase, especially between January and April, as this is our busiest time of year!

If there are major holidays, the delivery time of all orders may be delayed. If time is urgent, you can contact us.
What if the dress doesn’t fit me?
Minor alterations are often needed for formal dresses. We recommend visiting a local tailor for the perfect final fit.If you receive a dress that doesn't fit, you can take it to a tailor to have it altered. We can offer up to 20% of the order cost as compensation for the alteration. Simply send us a picture of your receipt from the tailor and your order number and we'll do the rest!
Will the dress look exactly like the pictures?
Our dresses are handmade based on the product images. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Are returns accepted for dress orders?
We really hope you like the product you ordered! But if you are not satisfied with the order you receive, we will happily accept your prompt return. Please contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
